| Raipur Satwari residents demand metalled road | | |
Jammu June 27
Residents of Ward No 6 Raipur Satwari Jammu have asked the Chief Executive Officer Cantonment to get the stretch of 200 mtrs constructed to provide them better accessibility with rest of the areas.
In a joint plea, Subhash Chander Sharma, Rakesh Kumar, Satish Kumar, Anoop Singh, Shobha Verma, Sarika Chib and others highlighting their problems stated that in the absence of the proper road connectivity the children and women of the area have to face problems in the rains when the whole area is water logged. Complainants also stated that lacking the proper drainage system the water floods in their houses whenever it pours heavily.
