| Militants kill civilian | | |

In yet another incident of atrocities by the militants on the innocent civilians, two unidentified militants forcibly entered into a Dhok at Wathal Pora under the jurisdiction of police station Banihal at last midnight. The ultras resorted to unprovoked and merciless thrashing to one Mohd. Ishaq S/o Mohd. Abdulla Gujjar R/o Mehra Parihinder Neel rendering him unconscious and critically wounded. The ultras threatened the family member of dire consequences if they reported the matter to police. The victim Mohd. Ishaq breathed his last while being shifted to a hospital.
