One person died on spot when an auto-rickshaw crushed him at Basholi near here today. According to reports, one Bansi Lal son of Hans Raj resident of Basholi was crossing the road when a speedy auto-rickshaw (JK08A/7238) crushed him, in which he died on spot. The locals took him to hospital where doctors declared him as brought dead. Police has registered a case in this regard and investigating the matter.
