A tube well constructed by Rotary Club, Jammu for the destitute children of SOS Home at Channi Rama was inaugurated by the president Rotary club Vikas Mahajan here today.
Speaking on the occasion, Mahajan said, the total cost of the project was Rs. 12 lakh, out of which Rs. 8 lakh has been donated by Rotary Club, Dover USA and the rest by Rotary foundation.
President SOS Home A.K. Arora expressed his gratitude to the completion of the project. On the occasion a cultural programme was presented by the SOS children.
Other members present on the occasion were Ravinder Kumar Mahajan, Dr. Ankur Gupta, Amarjeet Singh, Rajesh Verma, Vijay Saraf, Ankur Mahajan, Sanjay Mahajan, Raj Mahajan, Anjali Mahajan, Girja Kaw, Lajja Manhas and Swarn Jamwal.
