| BSP holds protest | | |
R S Pura June 30- The activists of Bahujan Samaj Party today held a massive protest demonstration in the main bazaar of the town against the deteriorating and the prevailing unhygienic condition in the town.
Alleging discrimination with this border town close to the winter capital of the state, BSP Block President Suchetgarh said that little attention has been paid towards the development of this ancient town. R S Pura Tehsil which has been recently given sub district status lacks the basic amenities and the infrastructure; he said adding that the town presents a shabby look with filth littered every where with no body to take care of it.
Accusing the present MLA and MLC of the area for their failure, the BSP leader alleged both the public representatives have neglected the area in the matter of development and other basic amenities.
Ramesh Chander Bhagat another BSP leader who also spoke to the demonstrators said that the condition of inner roads and drains was the most worst so much so it has become difficult for the passers by to venture on these roads. He has appealed the Chief Minister to personally visit the area and issue directions for immediate repairs of roads and drains.
