Vacation Judge orders status-quo on JE's transfer 6/25/2015 11:45:04 PM Early Times Report Jammu, June 25: Vacation Sessions Judge Jammu B S Walia today in a petition filed by one Sanjay Kapoor a Junior Engineer (JE) who was transferred by then Chief Engineer after his transfer, issued notice to the respondents and ordered status-quo will be maintained. When the hearing over petition was taken up Vacation Sessions Judge Jammu B S Walia issued notice to the respondents and in the meanwhile ordered that subject to objections from the other side status-quo will be maintained.
