Srinagar, July 3
A storm, which struck a forward post in frontier district of Kupwara, has killed two army personnel on Sunday evening.
Official sources disclosed, here on Tuesday, that the jawans were posted on C-Ridge post near the Line of Control when a storm hit the post.
The deceased jawans have been identified as L Naik Rajinder Singh and Rifleman Sanjay Kumar. Police was informed about the death of the jawans by 9 Rashtriya Rifles, which lodged a written report at Police Post Machail, Kupwara, today.
