| Three gamblers arrested | | |

Mirah Sahib Police today arrested three gamblers and recovered some cash from their possession when they were playing with cards in the area. According to reports, police today received specific information that some persons were involved in gambling in public places in the area. After getting the information, a police team under the direction of SSP Border Rajinder Gupta swung into action and raided Krishna Nagar area and arrested three persons namely Madan Lal son of Gian Chand, Sunil Sharma son of Pitamber Lal and Jagdish Raj son of Raj Kumar - all residents of Basti Krishna Nagar and recovered one thousand rupees cash from their possession and took them to police station for further interrogation. It has also registered a case in this regard.
