| 284 delegations visit CM’s Private Office during May, June 2007 | | | Srinagar, July 04 –As many as 284 delegations comprising hundreds of persons and 1930 individuals from various parts of the Valley approached the Chief Minister’s Private Office, Sonawar, Srinagar during the months of May and June, 2007. The delegations included deputation of Unemployed Physical Education Trainees demanding absorption as Rehbar-e-Khail, deputation of Combined Services Officers of 1999 batch demanding common seniority and promotion on the basis of Public Service Commission. Deputation of Zamindars of Anantnag and Kulgam demanded modernization of Martand and Maw khuls. Likewise delegation of Magam Development Forum demanded restoration of Magam constituency with development block. Teachers Association deputation visited Chief Minister’s Private Office in connection with regularization of left out Falah-i-Aam teachers and ex-health educators delegation demanded re-engagement. The deputations of Houseboat Owners Association, SRTC Employees Association and Congress workers of Baramulla demanded rehabilitation of affectees under Dal Development Programme, release of COLA and pending salary and expeditious execution of development works in Baramulla district. Whereas the delegation of Kashmiri Pandits from Budgam district demanded rehabilitation of non-migrant Pandits. The issues have been sent to the concerned quarters for speedy and appropriate disposal and action taken reports sought for the perusal of the Chief Minister.
