Srinagar, July 4
The Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Lt. Gen (Retd) S.K. Sinha has fixed July 20 as the date on which the election of the Chairman, Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Council shall be held.
All the members have been requested to attend the meeting of the Legislative Council on the proposed date, an official hand out said here today.
