The JKPCC Minority Department constituted a minority cell of block Panchari of district Udhampur and appointed Om Prakash as its chairman.
As per party handout said the cell has been created under the directions of AICC President Sonia Gandhi, Arvinder Singh Chairman JKPCC minority cell constituted a 20 member committee, which will have one chairman, two vice chairmen, two convenors and 15 advisory committee members.
The other members of the cell are Kalidass, Gopal Singh, Sudershan Kumar, Jia Lal, Charan Dass, Dhoni Ram, Ajit Singh, Munshi, Wishnoo Devi, Pawan Sharma, Ashok Kumar, Mohit Raina and Tarseem Lal.
