| Virender Gupta’s demise condoled | | |
JAMMU, JULY 05
A condolence meeting was held in the office chamber of Joint Directorate of Information on the sad demise of former Deputy Director Information Mr. Virender Gupta who died after prolong illness.
Joint Director Information Mr. S. K. Sharma, Deputy Directors Mr. M. R. Sangra, Mr. M. S. Dar and other senior officers and officials were also present in the meeting.
In his condolence message, Mr. Sharma expressed his sympathies with the bereaved family. He said that he was a dynamic and friendly officer and always worked for the welfare of the Information Department where ever he was posted he received kudos from the administration. He worked in the department in various capacities at DIC Udhampur, DIC Kathua, DIC Doda and retired as Deputy Director Information KBI New Delhi.
A 2-minute silence was observed and prayed to the eternal peace of departed soul.
