| SS blames PDP for hurting sentiments of Hindus | | |

Putting all blame on the coalition partner of the ruling government, PDP over the Amarnath Yatra controversy, Shiv Sena burnt the effigy of the ruling government.
He said notwithstanding the disinformation campaign launched by the PDP and some other ranks, over five lakh devotees from across the country and abroad are likely to visit the cave shrine this year.
Referring to the controversy of disappearance of the holy ‘Ice Lingam’ the Shiv Sena chief demanded an inquiry into the whole issue as also how thousands of devotees were allowed to visit the cave shrine before the start of the official yatra.
Warning of dire consequences, the Shiv Sena Chief advised the PDP not to interfere in the religious matters of the Hindus and stop disinformation campaign as otherwise it would boomerang and would be disastrous
