Jammu | July 5 It is Monsoon all over so it is high time to have something really hot and stuffy to enjoy the monsoons. For those who really want to try something different which has never been presented before, KC Residency today in its own unique way presented the festival of Bread ‘Parantha’ at Café Sea Side. Sanju Nair, food and beverages manager KC Residency said ‘this festival is dedicated to the king of Indian Breads’ that is our own Indian parantha. This would be surely a feast for parantha lovers in this monsoon season, which comes with stuffing’s of your imagination adding that this festival will continue for ten days. Chef Manoj Nagi, said that they have put their best effort in creating around 35 different types of parantha keeping in mind the traditional recipes used by our mothers and grandmothers. Paranthas shall be prepared live in front of you and served hot straight from the griddle. He further added that to enhance the spicy and tangy taste we have placed multiple pickle counters of pickles like Aam Ka achar, Panchranga achar, Lahson Ka achar, Stuffed red chilli achar and various chutneys such as green chutney, Plum chutney, Sweet date chutney etc as accompaniments for the “King Of Indian Bread”. The menu has specially been designed, taking into consideration the palate of various food lovers belonging to different regions of India: Vegetarian, Non Vegetarian and even Eggtarian. This special menu will host “Ande Ka parantha”, Mutton Keema Parantha, Chicken Keema Parantha and above all the same old Allo Parantha, Gobi Parantha to Lasuni Masala Parantha, especially for the veggie lovers. The best bet in the above segment its “Parath Parantha” a must to be tried, he added. Others who were present include Mahesh Jasrotia Asstt Manager, Rahul Kotwal, Chef Digvijay and others.
