| Bali accuses administration for neglecting far flung areas of Ramban | | |
Jammu |July 6 Accusing the local administration and the state government for neglecting the people living in far flung areas of Ramban district, JKNPP General Secretary Sewa Singh Bali has demanded that areas like Saargali, Sharvadhar, Malinsar, Neel Top and Manu Mangat be brought on the tourist map. Addressing media persons here today Bali said since Khari, Shagan, Ukral, Neel top, and other areas which usually remain cut off from other parts of the country be provided the facility of mobile phone service. He also blamed the health department for not supplying the required medicines and other facilities to PHC Ukhral adding that the PHC was without the required staff as a result of which the patients have to rush to other hospitals for treatment. Expressing grave concern over non availability of adequate transport facilities in the area, the JKNPP leader demanded deployment of STRC buses on Ramban,Ukhral,Banihal, Neel Top, Sahawlgarh, Senibati and Khari routes besides a special bus service for students from Ramsoo to Ukhral. He strongly pleaded for up gradation of Government High school Pogal , Maligam and Sanibati as the students of these areas have to travel a long distance to peruse their studies beyond class 10th.
