91.80 lakh announced for development works at Bani

KATHUA, JULY 06
Minister of State for Finance, Revenue, Planning, Law and Parliamentary Affairs, Mr. Prem Sagar Aziz conducted five-day tour to his constituency. He visited Naloond, Bari, Duggan, Douhala Mata, Dhaggar, Dheman, Poori, Dulangal, Goari, Chachaooia, Daloga, Panalog, Dhanoni etc on foot and redressed the public grievances on the spot.
While addressing the gatherings, Mr. Aziz counted the achievements in his constituency and said that coalition government headed by Chief Minister Mr. Ghulam Nabi Azad is developing the three regions of the state equally without any discrimination. He said that the government has identified so many tourist places like Bani Sarthal, Basohli, Bhadwerwah etc and the development works in these areas have been started. He congratulated the people of Bani area for the construction of cement factory at Siara- Kardoh by which 6000 unemployed youth would get employment.
At Douhala Mata Mr. Aziz announced mini stadium and playground. At Dulangal, he sanctioned Rs. 25 lakh for construction of bridge over Khaad Nallah in between Douhala and Dulangal.
Mr. Aziz inspected various development works for which Rs. 1.20 Crore have been sanctioned to develop Dulangal as model village, At Dheman he announced Rs. 16 lakh for the construction of bridge over Khaad Nallah in between Dhaggar and Dheman, At Dhaggar, he announced Rs. 29 lakhs for the construction of Dherni bridge, Rs. 40 lakhs for the construction of building for Primary Health Centre Dhaggar. He gave Rs. one lakh for leveling the Chinj Mela ground at Dhaggar.
At Duggan, the Minister announced Rs. 3 lakh for the construction of rooms at Government High School Duggan, Rs. 2 lakh for leveling of new playground and Rs. 80,000 for repairing the bridge and sanitary development work at Goari. He directed the officers to solve the water supply problems of the people. Mr. Sagar ordered to shift the Middle School Goari to some safer place from the damaged school building. At Bhurdi he assured the villagers for ration depot. During this tour Mr. Aziz also announced 10 Anganwari centers at various villages in Bani tehsil.
At Duggan the students of High School Duggan presented colorful cultural programme. Mr. Aziz announced prize of Rs. 2000 for the students.
Earlier at Dhoula Mata, the Minister inaugurated the cricket tournament. The Chairman of the tournament organizing committee, Douhla, Master Gouri presented the vote of thanks and apprised that in this tournament 32 teams are participating.
Among others, Tehsildar, Bani, Mr, Jivan Lal, SHO, Cong block president, Mr. Thakur Dass, Vice President and all tehsil and block level officers accompanied the Minister.
