Illegally Sending innocents outside India
Crime Branch registered case and started investigation in the Scam

Jammu, August, 10 :-On the complaint of Villagers of Hiranagar Tehsil, Crime Branch Jammu has registered a case against a cheater u/s 420/468/471 RPC and started investigation.



According to the CBJ report that Niranjan Singh father of Kulbhushan Singh r/o Bani Changi Tehsil Hiranagar and others in a written complaint submitted that one Vijay Singh playing fraud with young boys for sending them abroad by taking huge amount from such candidates to the tune of Rs 3 laces on the assurance that they will be deployed in the reputed companies with a huge salary of Rs 30,000/- per month and overtime allowances. It was further said that accused arranged air-tickets from Delhi to Malaysia on July 19, 2003 for the candidates numbering five. They were first dropped at Thailand Airport and then taken in closed vehicle and left in the Jungle. None of them were accepted by that Govt and were without any job. Two boys Raju and Pankaj Gupta came back after one month and remaining three boys are still there without any job. It was further submitted that the said accused has charged Rs 20,000 each from the candidates for medical examination and they were returned from Delhi and not send to abroad. It was also mentioned in the complaint by the complainants that accused Vijay Singh is a non-state Subject and has acquired property situated at Chadwal Tehsil Hiranagar in the shape of Kothi cost about Rs 25 Laces. The accused has also accumulated huge property from illegal means.



Crime Branch Jammu after conducting preliminary enquiry on the allegations leveled in the complaint found that the accused involved in the commission of cheating and fraud as they illegally send the innocent persons to abroad after obtaining huge amount from them. A case u/s 420/467/471 RPC is made out against Vijay Singh and investigation of the case is entrusted to Mr. Rajinder Parshad DySP. JNF
