The family members of a boy who died in GMC Hospital here today staged a protest demonstration outside the hospital premises due to negligent and callous attitude of the doctors.
They also raised slogans against the CMO and other doctors for their negligent attitude and demanded stern action against all the erring officials.
According to reports, Satish Sharma (Technician in Radiotherapy) posted in Government Medical College Hospital was admitted in hospital yesterday after complaining of chest pain to. His family members alleged that his condition was continuously getting worse and they called the doctors. But to their surprise none of the doctors responded to their request as a result the patient died unattended.
The family members blamed that he died due to the callous and irresponsible attitude of the doctors and maintained that had been given treatment in time he would have survived.
