| Free medical camp organized | | | EARLY TIMES REPORTER
R.S.PURA | JUNE 30
A one day free medical camp was organized by NGO Karan Youth Association, at ward no. 13 here today. Speaking on the occasion, President of the association Capt. Khem Anand said the camp has been organized to provide health service to the poor people of the ward. HE further said that the NGO has got full assistance from Army and is spending an amount of Rs.30 thousand for free distribution of medicines.
Among others a team of 14 doctors which include specialist of Ortho, Skin and ENT were present. About 800 villagers avail facility.
Chief Guest, Manjeet Singh on the occasion said that such types of comps prove helpful to villagers and every NGO should work in this context. He assured every possible aid and assistance to such programmes in future also.
Other dignitaries who were present were Cooperative union President Rakesh Sharma, Tehsildar Gulam Nabij, BMO Desh Raj Meenia and others.
