| Beast kills man, lightening consumed 50 sheep | | | Srinagar July 10 Tragedy struck Hingipora village of Doru after a stray bear attacked a villager killing him on the spot, while 50 sheep fell prey to cloud burst at another village of the same area. Muhammad Shafi Schki 50 son of Mir Muhammad, resident of Ramchick at Chiter Gar Behak Hingipora, was attacked by a bear barely a few hundred meters away from his house, sources quoting locals told News Agency of Kashmir. The attack was so fatal and abrupt that before the people around could come to his rescue, the beast fled from the place leaving his victim in a pool of blood, sources added People took the victim to near by hospital where doctors declared him dead. Meanwhile, fifty sheep were killed after they fell pray to cloud burst at Halsidar falling under the jurisdiction of Police Station Dooru
