| Unemployed engineers’ agitation enters 96th day | | |
Jammu, July 10
As the ongoing protest of unemployed engineers association enters 96th day here today, the association decided to continue its stir, till their demands are met by the Government.
Rajinder Sharma said that as all the unemployed engineers are on protest for last many days but government has adopted the policy of discrimination against the Jammu region and does not want to provide any job to the unemployed engineers hailing from Jammu region.
The association also threatened to take some extreme steps in support of its demands and warned of dire consequences if the genuine demand for their absorption as Rehbar-e-Tamirrat was not conceded at the earliest.
