| BVP celebrates foundation day | | |
Jammu | July 10
Bharat Vikas Parishad (BVP), Swami Vivekananda Branch celebrated 44th foundation day today by launching plantation drive at Neelam Shiksha Academy High school, Jammu. Satya Nand Sharma, national convener and chairman State Environment Committee planted first sapling followed by Lekh Raj Sharma, State Convener and Environment Committee.
BVP organized the programme in collaboration with the Neelam Shiksha Academy High School. Ram Lal Verma, Principal of the school, Ved Raj Goswami, Arun Sharma, Surinder Sethi President, Vice President and secretary of Swami Vivekanand Branch planted two plants each in the premises of the school. Total 50 plants of different varieties were planted on this occasion. Plantation campaign will also launch by all the branches atleast 200 plants by each branch in Jammu Division.
Vote of thanks was presented by Ram Lal Verma, Principal of the Academy.
