| Bank employee among two commit suicide | | |
Jammu | July 11
Two persons including a bank employee today committed suicide at two separate places in Jammu region.
According to reports, Anju wife of Manjeet Singh Pathania resident of ward No 4, Kathua consumed some poisonous substance at her house. Noticing the condition of the lady, the family rushed her to hospital for treatment. On reaching hospital, the lady lost her breath.
The reasons behind this extreme step have not been ascertained as yet .However, the Police have registered a case in this regard and started investigations.
In the meantime an employee of Jammu and Kashmir identified as Rajinder Talwar resident of Talab Tillo committed suicide by having himself with a ceiling fan at his residence here today.
The family on noticing the boy hanging with a ceiling fan informed the police. A police party rushed to the spot and took the body under its control and shifted it to GMC Hospital for postmortem. The body was later handed over to the family members for performing last rites.
The Police have registered a case in this regard and started investigations
