| Bhim in Hyderabad to campaign for Shekhawat | | | Jammu July 11 Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP) heated the Prez Poll Campaign and under its nationwide 'Parikarma' in support for the independent candidate Bhairon Singh Shekhawat today called on Chander Babu Naidu president Telgu Desham Party who is also convener of third front and also met Chander Shekhar Rao Telengana Rasahtriya Samittee at Hyderabad. According to the party statement, the party chairman Bhim Singh accompanied with namely Balwant Singh Mankotia and Faqir Nath both party MLAs interacted with Telgu Desham Party chief for over 40 minutes and discussed the matter. The delegation also called upon Chander Shekhar Rao Telengana Rasahtriya Samittee during their visit to Hyderabad. In his personal appeal Singh urged the two leaders to support Shekhawat in the greater interest of the nation and for the national integrity. He also asked them to consider the Shekhawat’s five year long tenure during which he worked for the unity and integrity of nation as a strong case for his candidature for the President’s post. Statement further stated that later in a press conference at Hyderbad, Prof. Bhim Singh has appealed to TDP chief to dare to support the secular forces and to understand the hidden agenda of Congress, Shivsena combined to emotionally blackmail the Maharahstarian people by putting up Pratiba Patil. Singh also who has been in media reports for her doubtful credentials. During the press conference Panthers Party delegation described its visit to Maharashtra a big success. The Patnhers Party team also informed that it will proceed for Hyderabad to meet to Chander Babu Nadu and Talgana Rashtra Samti. JKNPP under the leadership of Prof. Bhim Singh is expected to visit to Kamataka, Kerala, West Bengal, Assam, Bihar to campaign for the independent candidate in the presidential polls Bhairon Singh Shekhawat. The party statement stated that the delegation met several MLAs from different parties in MLAs hostel Mumbai this morning and delivered letter addressed to the MPs and MLAs has appealed to vote for the independent candidate Bhairon Singh Shekhawat for the reason that he is the best out of the two candidates contesting for the highest seat in the Indian parliamentary system. Prof. Bhim Singh said, “President is symbol of India's culture, civilization, history and democracy and Shekhawat’s tenure of five years of service as a Vice President of the Nation make his case strong for the highest chair in democratic India.’ Singh appealed to the secular and patriotic members including the Congress and those from the third front to come forward in response to the call of the Nation and demonstrate their courage, wisdom and patriotism, the statement added. Prof. Bhim Singh in his appeal has quoted the statements of CPM, Congress, RJD, Samajwadi Party and TDP leaders praising Bhairon Singh Shekhawat for his performance as a Vice President and the Chairman of the Rajya Sabha being above Board. He appealed the members of the Electoral College to vote to their conscience and not a political party. The delegation will leave for Karnatka where it will interact with various political leaders and elected representatives including former Prime minister H D Dev Gowda.
