Jammu, July12- As part of ongoing ‘Sadbhavana Operation’ under military- civic action programme, Sunrise Brigade under the aegis of Tiger Division conducted two days medical camp at village Sujani, Jammu. The camp was inaugurated by Colonel Sunil Yadav, SM of Sunrise Brigade in the presence of thousands of residents of the neighbouring villages.
The services offered by the camp included medical, pediatric, gynecological, ENT, dental treatment and eye check up camp for school children. Other facilities like X-Ray, clinical laboratory, ECG, ECHS and free medicines were also provided. Health education of young girls/women was conducted by Lady Medical Officer covering ante partum, postpartum and common problems of menstruation, menarche, child birth, prevention and control of common diseases.
