13 bovines recovered, one held two fled

Jammu | July 13
Police today recovered 13 bovines from Kunjwani under the jurisdiction of Gangyal police and arrested one person in this regard while two smugglers managed to flee from the spot. According to reports, truck bearing No. JK02A 3137 loaded with bovines was on way to Kashmir from Dharp village when some local people stopped it and informed the Gangyal Police. Police after getting information rushed to the spot but two smugglers managed to flee from the spot before police came. Police arrested one and took the truck under custody and started investigating the matter. According to the sources the arrested person is conductor of the truck.
