HC directs Secretary Health to file statement of facts

JAMMU, JULY 13- Justice YP Nargotra, in a contempt petition filed by Sanitary Food Inspector Association Jammu V/s LD Jha and others seeking implementation of judgment passed on June 12, 2003 in LPA, granted three weeks further time, as last opportunity, for filling statements of facts failing which commissioner/secretary to Government Health Department shall appear in person to explain the position.
Justice Nargotra issued this direction in a contempt petition filed through Adv SK Shukla in which he submitted that as per the judgment of Court, the respondents has not implemented the judgment in Toto nor paid special allowance/incentives of 2 ½ days in terms of the Government order 274-HME of 1991 dated March 4, 1991, upon this the Court directed Secretary Health to file statements of facts or appear in person
