JKLADCSA holds protest demonstration 9/15/2015 10:29:34 PM Early Times Report Kathua, Sept 15: One day demonstration of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh All Department Clerical Staff Association was held today at Shaheed Bhagat Singh Park Kathua under the Chairmanship of Manohar Singh, District President of the Association. The speakers in their address urged the State Government to remove the Pay Anomalies/Disparities of 5th Pay Commission with respect to Clerical cadre as has already been principally agreed upon the State Government in the agreement reached between High Power Committee headed by Sh.
