The Tax Bar Association (TBA) in a meeting held under the chairmanship of its President Rattan Lal Gupta (Advocate), discussed various issues including the suspension of Commercial Tax Officer, Dara Singh of Commercial Tax department.
The Association is at pains to know why Dara Singh, who is an honest and upright officer, has been put under suspension on a mere trifle with additional commissioner of Commercial Taxes (Adm) Jammu.
The bar has great regard for Dara Singh, who is in high esteem for his honesty, devotion to his work, dedication and integrity, besides being as well behaved officer. The Bar called upon the Commissioner Commercial Taxes, to revoke the suspension order of Dara Singh and maintained that need of the hour is to encourage, boost and give honour to such officers who are dedicated and honest, a Bar hand out said.
