| NDS organizing ‘SKOLA’ festival | | |

Nami Dogri Sanstha (NDS) is organizing Dogri Folk festival, ‘SKOLA’, a popular folk festival of Duggar region.
To celebrate the festival with grandeur arrangements for organizing the mela were discussed in a meeting chaired by renowed poet K.K. Shakir Member in the meeting highlighted the importance of the festival and recited poems etc on it.
Among others present on the occasion were yash Paul Yash, Dogra Harish Kalia, Ayodhaya Ram Gamkhar and Chanchal Sharma.
Sanstha also honoured K.K. Shakir jfor his outstanding work in Dogri, Hindu and Urdu for the last 53 years at K.L. Sehgal Hall here the other day. The function was presided over by secretary J&K cultural academy Dr. Rafiq Masoodi.
