| Roshni Scheme is a bluff, cruel joke: BJP | | |

Sharpening its attacks towards the Congress led government; Bhartiya Janta Party today alleged that the government was befooling poor people of the state, under the newly announced scheme ‘Roshni’.
Addressing a press conference, here today, district president of the party and former Mayor, Kavinder Gupta criticized the alleged anti-Jammu and anti poor policies of the state government and said that the government is befooling the poor people of the state by pressurizing them under the newly announced scheme, Roshni Act. He also termed this act as a bluff and asked the people to beware of the nefarious designs of the state government, with the help of which the government was trying to discriminate against the people of the Jammu region.
Gupta on the occasion also demanded to implement a government order of 2005 under which the regularization charges of rupees 15000 to 40,000 per kanal, should be fixed for the 13 unauthorized colonies of the Jammu city including New Plots, Jogi Gate and Chand Nagar.
