Criticizing health department of its failure in improving medicare facilities in rural areas, Shiv Sena today held a protest demonstration and burnt the effigy of the health administration here today.
The demonstrators led by General Secretary Ashok Gupta after passing through main city bazaars held at a protest demonstration at city chowk and burnt the effigy of health department.
Ashok Gupta addressing the protestors alleged that the government has failed to eradicate the dreaded Malaria disease and maintained that the number of malaria cases was showing increasing trend every day. He has urged upon the Health Minister to gear up its machinery and ensure that the disease is eradicated from the state once for all.
