| School owners call on director education | | |

Jammu July 26,
Representatives of Private School Organization (PSO) today met director school education under the leadership of T.R Mahajan, Chairman of the organization and Satish Bharti, President. The representative of PSOs submitted a memorandum to the director wherein it was mentioned that the department has made provision of joint inspection, but affiliation and recognition are given after a very long time. They added that the calendar should be issued for the private schools separately and added that Chief Minister has already assured that he will do everything for redressal of their problems.
They further said that the unauthorized classes and unrecognized schools should be closed down at an earliest and government should bring amendments for the betterment of education in J&K. Among those present included P.N Sharma, Sat Pal Singh, Updesh Sharma, Rameshwar Singh, Surjeet Singh, Kishore Kumar, Uttam Sharma and others.
