| Lt. Col’s body recovered in mysterious condition | | |

The body of Lt. Col was recovered in mysterious condition from his room at his unit in Nowshera area in Rajouri District today.
According to reports, some jawans of 325 field regiment ambulance unit situated at Nowshera spotted the dead body of Lt. Col Vidhya Sant Joshi and informed their senior officers who rushed to the spot and removed the body to hospital for legal formalities. The army officer, sources indicated had committed suicide however the exact cause of his death has not been officially confirmed by the army.
Meanwhile in another incident, an ex-serviceman’s body was found in mysterious condition near his house in Muradpur area of Rajouri district.
The reports reaching here said that locals spotted a body in the area and informed the police who immediately rushed to the spot and shifted the body to hospital for postmortem .The body has been identified as that of Som Parkash son of Sita Ram resident of Muradpur. Police has initiated inquest proceedings in this regard
