| Another thief arrested | | | Jammu | July 29
Another thief was arrested from Chatha area here today. The arrest was made by the Gandhi Nagar police following reports of presence of a thief in the area.
According to sources, police arrested him from his house on the information of one of his associates Deepu, who was arrested by police on the intervening night of July 26-27. However, the Police have not disclosed his identity.
It may be mentioned that police had arrested one thief from Gandhi Nagar area red-handed while his other two accomplices Jasvinder Singh son of Gurmeet Singh and Jony son of Avtar Singh residents of Chatha Farm managed to escape from the spot. According to sources, police arrested one of them and is searching for the other.
