| Gangster arrested with country made pistol | | |

Domana police today arrested a gangster alleged to be involved in 2005 Science College shoot out incident besides various other incidents and recovered one country made pistol from his possession. According to reports, police received a specific information that the gangster Vipin Bhoot son of Ramesh Chander was wandering in the area with an intention to attack someone. After receiving the information a police team led by SHO Domana, Gian Sharma under the direction of SP Rural Shakti Pathak swung into Action and laid a trap in the area and arrested the gangster with one country made pistol and took him to police station for further interrogation. Sources said during interrogation he told police that he was on way to attack someone. Vipin is reported to be involved in Science College shootout in the year 2005 and in many other incidents in the city. He was earlier booked under Public Safety Act (PSA). Police after registering a case in this regard is investigating the matter.
