| Tragedy averted as Army detects 15 Kg IED | | |

Army today averted a major tragedy by timely detection of an Improvised Explosive Devise at Angara on the out skirts of Drabshalla area here.
The Improvised device weighing over 15 kilogram kept in a tin box was hidden in a gunny bag and kept on the road side, Defence sources told KMT
Giving details, defence sources said that a road opening party of 63 Rashtriya Rifles (BIHAR) found the Improvised Explosives Devices in the wee hours. They said that the IED was planted by militants to target security forces who often pass through the road.
The Improvised Device was later defused
