| Minor dies in hospital | | Family members blame on doctors | |
Jammu | August 1 Tension gripped SMGHS Hospital when family members of an under-treatment minor boy who died in the hospital, protested against the doctors alleging that their negligence had taken the life of the boy. The incident took place late in the evening when the 10-year-old Tanveer Shaikh undergoing treatment for dehydration breathed his last in the ward. Tanveer’s father Sheikh Mubarak a resident of Beli Charana alleged that his son could have lived, had the doctors taken better care of him. However, when contacted, the doctors told that they tried hard to save life of the boy but he was brought to the hospital by the family members very late.
