| PNB simplifies education loan procedure | | |

Punjab National Bank Branches launched a mass contact programme under ‘Bank Loan to Every Successful Student’ (BLESS) scehem. The programme was organized under the leadership of Vivek Arya Zonal Manager J&K.
Launched in July by the J&K Zone of PNB the programme aimed to help needy students of the state to pursue their professional, technical or higher education. The bank has set a minimum target of 400 student coverage during the remaining nine months of the current fiscal. In the very first month of its launch BLESS has already covered 112 students in the state who have been disbursed loans of various amounts for pursuing B. Tech and MBA courses.
