In its drive to check illicit liquor etc. Border Police Jammu carried out raids on 9-10-11/ 8-06, under the supervision of SSP Border, Rajinder Gupta, I P S. During excise raid u under the jurisdiction of P/S Miran Sahib and arrested one Balvinder Singh S/O Rawail Singh Sikh R/O Kirpind U/ S50-A Excise Act; U/J of Police Station R.S. Pura one Romesh Lal S/O Kaka Ram caste Batwal R/O Gagian was arrested U/S 50-A Excise Act; U/J of P/S Arnia three vehicles were seized U/S 3/181, 146/196 and 129/177 MVA i.e. driving without license, without insurance and without Pollution checking Certificate and; three motor cycles and one auto-rickshaw U/S 207,3/181, 190 CII MVA i.e. driving without Documents/ License, were seized U/J of P/S Ramgarh.
