DDC hails separate directorate for Tribal affairs

President, District Congress Committee (DDC) and member state advisory Board for development of Gujjar and Bakerwals, Ch. Zaffar-Ullah has hailed the announcement of separate directorate for Tribal affairs by the Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad. He described it a historical decision for the upliftment of Gujjar-Bakerwal Community in the state.
He said that by establishing a separate directorate the special central assistance received for tribal development will be monitored effectively. Beside he also hailed the announcement of Chief Minister to upgrade 100 primary Schools located in areas inhabited by Gujjar and Bakerwals community
