Doda Aug 8: Young star cricket club Doda honored Mohd. Aslam Goni, Ex AG for his efforts on the promotion of cricket activities inthestate.
In welcome address General secretary Y.S.C.C. Doda, Ahisham Bhatt lauded the efforts of the M.A.Goni for promotion of cricket in the state of J&K and also the importance role he played as the chairman finance committee B.C.C.I. Chief patron Manzoor Bhat and other members of Y.S.C.C presented a memento and shawal to M.A. Goni and in his address Chief Patron Manzoor Bhat said that Y.S.C.C is self sponsored club and had organized three successful state land cricket tournament in the sports stadium Doda which were live telecasted on local cable T.V he also urged to the authorities of the JKCA to affiliate the Y.S.C.C to the JKCA as the club needs proper guidance and support under the banner of JKCA Goni thanked the office bearer of the Y.S.C.C and assured all help for the promotion of the sports activities. Other who are present in the function include, Shaha Nawaz Gattu, Ajaz Lone, Sunny and Tariq Naik.
