| Minister stressed completion of power projects | | | Srinagar August 10: To review pace of progress on power projects under execution at Pahalgam, Sanjak, Marpochu, Haftal, Karnah, Badherwah, Chinani and Igomarcelong at meeting chaired by the Minister for Power Mr. Nawang Rigzin Jora yesterday.
The meeting among other was attended by Secretary Power Development Department and Managing Director Power Development Corporation.
The Minister emphasized upon the officers to redouble their efforts for early completion of these projects so that benefits of these percolate to the masses at the earliest. He also asked that to initiate efforts to ascertain possibility for construction of more macro and micro power houses in all the three regions of the state.
