| Driver, conductor arrested with 24 kg Bhukki | | |

Bishnah police today arrested two persons and recovered 20 kg Bhukki from their possession when they were on way to deliver it to the consignee.
On specific information that some drug peddlers under the guise of drivers were moving in suspicious circumstances in the area, a police party led by SHO Arjun Singh Chib, under the supervision of SDPO Vidya Sagar Kundal and SP south Zahid Minas, laid a naka in the area. During checking police stopped a Truck No.JKO2G-8755 and on search recovered 24 kg Bhukki from the truck and took both the driver and the conductor into custody. They have been identified as Sajjad Khan s/o Bashir Hussein Malik r/o Tatta Pani, Kalakote and Mohammed Akram s/o Slam-ud-din Zargar r/o Dansal, Sundarbani. Police have registered a case in this regard and both the arrested peddlers are being put to questioning.
