Tawishi Scholars Public School (10+2) along with its T.S. Euro Kids Preschool, Egmont International Pre School, Trikuta Nagar celebrated 60th Independence Day at a function organized here today.
Students and faculty of T.S. Higher Secondary and Preschool the Euro Kids celebrated the day with great zeal and fervor at the school campus in Trikuta Nagar.
The function was presided over by Chairperson T.S. Group of Institutions Pooja Malhotra. The function commenced with the lightening of traditional lamp.
The Director Euro kids, Aditya Malhotra in his brief speech enlightened the students about the importance of the occasion. The little Euro Kids participated in singing “Sare Jahan Se Achcha”, with their faculty in an endeavor to fulfill the idea of practical education. Thereafter students of various classes presented a colourful program including skits, dances and songs with a special message of love, integration and unity towards the nation.
The National Flag was saluted and National Anthem was sung. The occasion was overwhelming the slogan “Vande Mataram and Jai Hind” reflecting the love and respect little student owe for their nation.
