| Husband dies, wife injured, in suicide attempt | | | Jammu | Aug 13
Husband died while his wife suffered serious injuries when they attempted suicide in their house at Kunjuwani area in the jurisdiction of police station Gangyal.
According to reports today afternoon a couple attempted suicides on some family dispute. Both of them doused them with kerosene and lit the stick causing severe burn injuries to the couple.
The other family members rushed the couple to the hospital where Uttam Chand son of Karam Singh died during treatment and his wife Anu Radha is battling for life in GMC Hospital.
Police have registered a case in this context and started investigations.
