Jammu, Feb 9: Kendriya Vidyalya Sangathan (KVS), Jammu Region, Jammu organized KVS Regional Incentive Awards Ceremony- 2015 in the Auditorium of Kendriya Vidyalya No.1, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu where Prof. Ashok Aima, Vice Chancellor, Central University of Jammu was the Chief Guest.
The Chief Guest was received by presenting flower bouquet by AVLJ Rao, Deputy Commissioner, KVS, Jammu Region. The programme started with lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the chief guest .The students presented recital of Sanskrit Shlokas, welcome song and cultural items during this ceremony. The chief guest was formally welcomed by the AVLJ Rao, Deputy Commissioner, KVS (JR). In his address, AVLJ Rao apprised the chief guest about the contribution & achievements of KVS Jammu Region in the development of education in the Region. He said that KVS is a world class and premier organization catering services in the field of education in the country and abroad. He added that KVS has started awarding its employees for their contribution to raise the standards of education in the fields associated with the educational system. |
