Incidentally, the Delhi bound flight of the Deccan Airways was also carrying Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad among other passengers when a pilgrim of the Shri Amarnath raised alarm of a molestation attempt upon her by the sky marshal. The marshal has been identified as Krishan Kumar. The woman, 22, was traveling with her parents. An eye witness who was traveling in the plane, told EARLY TIMES that that following voice raised by Supriya Agarwal the woman pilgrim, a filmy scene was erupted in the flight. The matter reached the notice of Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad also. The incident, which enraged passengers, led to a delay in the take off, forcing Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad, to board a Spicejet flight to Delhi. Azad left by the Spicejet flight as passengers refused to allow the Deccan plane to take-off following the complaint by Supriya Agarwal, who alleged that sky marshall Krishan Kumar had made "advances" and passed "lewd" remarks. "The sky marshall was arrested after the complaint by a passenger that he misbehaved with her," Superintendent of Police (Airport) G A Dar said. Angry passengers who witnessed the incident refused to let the plane take off from Srinagar, until the man was removed from the plane, said Dar. Only after he was arrested did they discover that he was an air marshal. The marshal reportedly handed Supriya a note saying he loved her and then made suggestive comments like: "Are you feeling the heat of love?" and "Don't be afraid of me, I'm also young." The 28 year-old marshal has been charged with verbally harassing the woman, said Dar. Dar said the Air Deccan flight to New Delhi was delayed for over an hour. The airline had no immediate comment.
