Lord Buddha’s ‘Holy relic’ brought to Leh

The ‘Holy relic’ of Lord Buddha which was brought to Leh-Ladakh today and will be kept for darshan of people at Leh up to August 28. The holy relic was received by Chief executive councilor, Tsering Dorje, executive Councilors Deputy Commissioner Dr. M.K. Bhandari and various religious heads at the airport and was later taken to Jivatsal.
At Jivatsal the relic was received by his Holiness Dalai Lama, and performed Puja. A booklet about the relic was released by Dalai Lama on the occasion.
