| Jasbir pays surprise visit to health institutions | | |
JAMMU, AUGUST 20
Director Health Services Dr Jasbir Singh alongwith Chief Medical Officer Jammu Mr Shahid Mughal paid surprise visit to AD Tarore, Primary Health Centres Bari Brahmana and Emergency Hospital Vijaypur. 2 doctors and 6 other paramedical workers and one class IV official were found absent from duty in these institutions. Director Health Services has placed them under suspension.
Director also visited CHC Ramgarh and Samba and took stock of the ongoing construction works. The Block Medical Officers were instructed to gear up various preventive and curative activities of the Health Department to achieve the target and give optimum facilities to the people. They were also instructed to attend public grievances everyday for on spot redressal and to update their physical and financial achievements.
